Ben Perissinotto graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2002. He started his career at a busy clinic in Wellington, New Zealand, and has since continued to gain clinical experience in practices in London and Sussex.

Ben treats patients with wide-ranging conditions, from sports injuries and traumas to degenerative conditions such as arthritis. He also has a particular interest in rehabilitation after an injury and has focused much of his post-graduate study in this area.

Shelley graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2011 and gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Women's Health Osteopathy in 2015.

Shelley has gained clinical experience at practices in Selsdon, Tonbridge, South Darenth and here at The Shirley Practice.
In addition to a particular interest in women's health issues including ante-natal and post-partum care, Shelley enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.

Hayley has over eleven years experience as a massage therapist. After graduating as a Sports Therapist, she developed her skills working within private healthcare in central London. Hayley also enjoys working within elite sport, with a particular interest in rugby and football which lead her to be invited to work alongside the Canadian RFC in the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

As an experienced therapist, Hayley can also offer treatments such as post-operative recovery, pre and postnatal care, lymphatic and general deep tissue massage as well as being qualified in Reflexology, Reiki and Craniosacral therapy.
Hayley has a huge interest in health and fitness and loves to help clients reach their own personal goals. She is popular amongst runners, helping over 50 clients train and completes the London Marathon.

Over the past 10 years, I have worked both privately and as a psychotherapist for the National Health Service (NHS). I also operated as a Clinical Lead at a South London Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Service, both practising CBT and Counselling and also supervising CBT Psychotherapists and Counsellors. (IAPT is a programme within the NHS which offers interventions to people who suffer from depression and anxiety disorders across England).

I have also run a number of successful groups, including a group for people with Social Anxiety and a group for mothers with Postnatal Depression. I have published research and presented Workshops for both the British Association of Behaviour and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the Association of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT) on working with Postnatal Depression.
