This will help to totally reduce or relieve your pain, provide you with advice and strategies to best manage your condition or injury, aid prompt recovery, improve your flexibility, strength, control and fitness and help to prevent future injury.

Anthony qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Southampton in 2003. He developed his core skills whilst working in a large teaching hospital in South London.
Anthony became a more specialised musculoskeletal therapist in 2006 developing skills in manual therapy, acupuncture, sports, lower limb and spinal rehabilitation.This included working alongside orthopaedic consultants to ensure effective recovery following acute injury from the young to the more mature patient.
He aims to provide a service that is personalised and informative for every individual ensuring timely and effective recovery from a range of physical problems.
Anthony is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Health Professions Council.
